Chapter 1- Vaccination Choice is a Fundamental Human Right

Mary Holland talk about the choice of vaccination
is a fundamental human right. The Nuremburg Code forbids experimentation on
human subjects without free and informed consent.
·
It is an undisputable fact that vaccine may
cause injury or death. Even, US laws considers vaccines are “unavoidably unsafe”.
Yet, vaccination mandates today seek to protect the majority while sacrificing
the unfortunately vulnerable few.
·
Despite the fundamental human right, the choice
is hardly a choice, because several vulnerable groups like children, military
personnel, immigrants do not have a choice because they are indirectly forced
to get vaccinated.
·
States’ rights to compel vaccination in this
country stem from a 1905 U.S. Supreme Court decision, Jacobson vs.
Massachusetts. In that case, the SC upheld Massachusetts right to require
adults to be vaccinated during a smallpox epidemic. If the adults failed to
comply, the state required them to pay $5 fine.
Chapter 2 – International Human Rights Standard
·
Numerous violations of human rights like the
Nazi doctor’s experiments, Pfizer experiments in Nigeria has lead to the
development of international human-rights declarations.
·
Post WWII human-rights norms –
o
1947 – Criminal trial of Nazi doctors who
carried out experiments on human subjects in which they intentionally injured
and killed individuals. The origin of Nuremburg Code states that the subject’s
consent must be competent, informed and free from coercion or inducement
o
1948 – United Nations adopted the Universal
Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR). This
prohibited “cruel, inhumane or degrading treatment”
o
ICCPR - International Covenant on Civil and
Political Rights (ICCPR) – “no one can be subject to torture or to cruel,
inhumane or degrading treatment or punishment”
o
1997 – Oviedo convention – Convention on Human
Rights and Biomedicine. Adopted by European Council. Requires consent for any
medical intervention, including prevention, diagnosis, treatment,
rehabilitation, and research. It even recognizes that a medical intervention
may be psychological as well as physical.
o
2005 – UNESCO Declaration – made clear that
individuals cannot give away to the “sole interest of science and society” and those
individuals must be given “prior, free and informed consent” to “any
preventive, diagnostic and therapeutic medical intervention” and scientific
research”
o
These are all declarations and are not treaties,
hence these are not binding.
Chapter 3 – A Human Rights Assessment

Mandatory vaccinations in a specific
jurisdiction may be a violation of international human rights norms
·
Authorities may impose restrictions on
human-rights in the name of public health. But this has to be a democratic
process. However, even in a democratic country like the US, there are loopholes
where there are pervasive conflict-of-interests. US low allows lobbying by
pharmaceutical companies to pass laws in their favor. The concept of “revolving
door” where the heads of corporations can hold positions in US government and
then go back to corporations where they worked for poses a serious threat to
vaccination choices

The vaccination mandates are not applied
uniformly across states or jurisdictions, which raises a question if diseases
are “selective” in their spread
·
The concept of “Herd Immunity” has pervaded most
of vaccination mandates. However, the concept itself questionable and its
validity remains in doubt.
o
The target “magic number” of 70 to 80% are
accepted based on faith but not proven
o
The original basis for its validity has nothing
to do with vaccines.
o
People observed a protective effect in the
community when a sufficiently high number of individuals contracted the wild
form of the disease. This natural acquisition and resolution of the disease is
what is called “herd immunity”
o
There is no solid proof that vaccination is
responsible for this.

Natural immunity vs Vaccine acquired immunity.
Natural immunity is ever lasting, whereas vaccine-induced immunity is only
temporary and may wane off in time and this requires boosters to sustain the
immunity.
Chapter 4 – Due Process and the American Constitution
·

Even researchers at the government agencies like
the FDA and NIH, warned about the safely and efficacy of vaccines but were not
heard by the elites at the top of these institutions.
·
1956 – NIH scientists discovered paralysis as a
side effect of the Salk vaccine. It paralyzed 200 people and killed 10.
·
1986 – National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act –
Protection for vaccine manufacturers from lawsuits, but just cash payments to
those injured by vaccine, funded by tax-payer money.
·
Vaccine injured can claim compensation. But the
process is made very cumbersome and only certain adverse events are eligible
for compensation and only 1 in 4 get approved for payout. Eligibility is
determined by experts in vaccine court.
·
Many states mandate vaccination to be able to
get services like schooling. This goes against the 4th Amendment and
14th Amendment of the constitution, which fails the due process
requirements necessary for life, liberty or property.
·
There were some cases in court wherein, the
capital punishment was declared unconstitutional because of the risk of an
innocent getting death penalty and not being given an opportunity for appeal
and due process. Same analogy can be applied for the vaccination program.
Vaccinations can cause disability or death and the victims are not given a due
process.
·
In order to hold the moral standards, the states
should adopt the right for the victims to a due process and also make
philosophical exemptions an option for parents.
Chapter 5 – The Right to Legal Redress
·
Even the laws consider vaccines as “unavoidably
unsafe”. But the government and medical community publicize that they are “safe
and effective” because they want high vaccination rates.
·
1986 – National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act (NCVIA)
– Establishes a Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP). It includes
compensation for vaccine-caused adverse events only if it is in the list of
“compensable” injuries that is listed in the Vaccine Injury Table. That too,
for events that occur only within specific time period after vaccination.
·
Instead of keeping doctors and vaccine
manufacturers legally liable for adverse reactions, the Act put the burden on
the tax-payer. It is, in effect, a corporate bail-out for the pharma industry.
·
It deprives children of 1) Informed Consent, 2)
Right to sue manufacturers directly
·
DOJ represents the HHS (Dept. of Health &
Human Services) in vaccine-induced injury or death before the Court of Federal
Claims. Neither the vaccine industry nor the doctors are defendants.
·
Problems with VCIP
o
There are no judges, instead there are “Special
Masters” appointed, who have no expertise in medicine or vaccinations
o
Financial “inequality” – The DOJ has unlimited
budgets, unlike the petitioner. The DOJ can pay for “expert witnesses”. The
scale is tilted in favor of the DOJ and VCIP
o
The onus is on the petitioner to prove the
causation, given the fact that they have limited or no access to Vaccine Safety
Datalink, a government repository if epidemiological data. Whereas, the government
is not required to prove the safety of the vaccine once the FDA & CDC have
approved that they are safe.
o
The Statute of Limitations limits the claim
period to three years. Which eliminates long-term adverse events that happens
long after the vaccination, such as: autism, seizure disorders, learning
disabilities, arthritis etc.
Chapter 6 – God, Government & Parental Rights
·
By nature, God has given inalienable rights to
parents to upbring their children. A government is merely supposed to serve the
people. Especially in a democracy, the people should have the say in deciding
the public policy.
·
The governments these days wield more authority
and uses its power to intervene in the basic right of parents to decide what is
good for their children. This violated the fundamental basis of the
constitution.
Chapter 7 – An Urgent Call for More Research
·
Excerpts from reports from the Institute of
Medicine (IOM) over 15 years illustrates the lack of progress in addressing the
paucity of research on vaccine safety
·
In 2008, Dr Louis Cooper, vaccine inventor and a
former president of American Academy of Pediatrics, wrote that total vaccine
safety research budget was only $20MM or 0.5% of the $4 billion total vaccine
budget for purchase, promotion and delivery of vaccines.
·
There are no long-term causation studies on
association of vaccines and autism. The few studies conducted are insufficient,
flawed and spurious and favors rejection of a causal relationship between
vaccines and autism.
·
Evidence Based Medicine (EBM) is the highest
standard in medicine. However, the government is not inclined to truly follow
this standard for the fear of what it may reveal about the vaccine safety, that
may put the public health policy at risk.
·
Most people believe that vaccines are good in
preventing disease and government doesn’t want that belief to be at peril.
·
The studies (although inadequate), doesn’t rule
out the possibility of vaccine-autism causation. These studies are only
theoretical and not empirical.
·
Statistical results of studies conducted by CDC
is mostly manipulated in favor of non-causation of autism and other adverse
events.
·
Hence, these studies have to be conducted by
independent researchers who have no stake in a particular outcome.
Chapter 8 – A Long American Tradition
·
The history of vaccine mandates goes back to 18th
century, when, in 1721, working and middle class in Boston protested against
scientific and religious elite’s introduction of smallpox inoculation.
·
Then, immigrants from Europe and Asia protested
against mandatory vaccinations.
·
In 1930, only 9 states had vaccine mandates, and
may states repealed the mandates due to popular opposition
·
Another attempt to mass mandate failed after September
11, when Dick Cheney attempted to launch a massive anti-bioterrorism smallpox
vaccination campaign.
·
Vaccination skepticism reignited in 1970s and
1980s.
·
These events in history shows that vaccination
skepticism is not a recent phenomenon, but has existed since the advent of the
concept of vaccination.
Chapter 9 – Medical Ethics and Contemporary Medicine
·
Hippocratic oath that says “first, do no harm”
requires medical professionals to put patient’s interest first. But the vaccine landscape, the interest of
the individual in compromised with collective, population-based, utilitarian
ethics.
·
Massive ethics violations started happening even
before Nazi Germany as early as 1931 with sterilization and euthanasia of
persons with chronic mental illness and extermination of physically and
socially unfit.
·
The idea of social Darwinism and eugenics were
promoted.
·
Infanticide – legal killing of children with
disabilities started under Hitler in 1939. As estimated 275K – 350K mentally
disabled children were gassed.
·
The concept of Eugenics is engrained in the
American history promoted by the “elite establishment”.
·
Eugenicists promoted compulsory sterilization as
a means of “protecting the public health” by preventing the “unfit” from
reproducing.
·
Indiana state first enacted the compulsory
sterilization program in 1907.
·
The Model Eugenical Sterilization Law (MESL)
published in 1914 served as a template for many state statutes.
·
The comparison of US and German histories
reveals similarity of eugenics policies before the WWars.
·
1997 – FDA Modernization Act (FDAMA) encourages
the use of children to test patented drugs.
Vaccine and Medical Experiment Events:

1941 – “refrigeration experiments” conducted at
Longview State Hospital at University of Cincinnati.

1941 – US Army & Navy doctor’s malaria
experiment on 400 prisoners in Chicago

sponsored vaccination experiment on hundreds of institutionalized Guatemalans

1956-1972 – Doctor’s deliberately infected
“mentally retarded” children at Willowbrook State School in New York with
hepatitis

1976 – Swine Flu

1993 – 1995 – Lead Abatement Experiment. Kennedy
Krieger Institute (KKI) conducted experiment where some Baltimorean toddlers
were exposed to lead paint. Many suffered brain damage.

1997 – Janssen Pharmaceuticals tested Propulsid,
a gastrointestinal drug on babies. Lead to death of 19 babies.
·
By age 18, children s the US receive 70 doses of
16 vaccines.
·
Infant mortality rates in the US in higher than
most developed nations. If the vaccines work, why is this happening?
·
Medical research community in the US is infested
with a racist, eugenic ideology.
·
US medicine is dominated by corporate interests.
When medical professionals veer from the moral Hippocratic oath, in the name of
“the greater good”, the shadow of Auschwitz and Nuremburg still continue to
haunt us.
Chapter 10 – The Greater Good
·
The concept of “the greater good” invokes a
utilitarian view. Like all philosophical theories, utilitarianism must meet
specific criteria for its application to sound “good”
·
Analogy of speed-limit in the highway. The speed
limit is set for the “greater good” for the “greatest number”. When there is no
limit, some may travel at very high-speed putting others at risk. When the
speed limit is set very low, it may cause inconvenience to the great many.
Hence, utilitarian rule applies to set the speed limit at a reasonable level
which would benefit the greatest number.

However, when it comes to vaccines, when for
sure, they are “unavoidably unsafe”, utilitarianism does not apply well. It
stampedes over the individual rights for the alleged benefit of the greater
society.
The Ones Who Walk Away From Omelas
·
A short fictional story that fits the theme of
the vaccination for “the greater good”. There is a utopian city called Omelas,
where everyone is happy and the life there is very lively all the time. But
there is one child who is locked in a basement with no light. That child’s condition
is very miserable. But the misery of that child is what makes the city happy.
If the child were to be released and given all that he wants, the city will
suffer in misery and the happiness of all will be compromised.
PART II–
Chapter 11 – Three Short Years

Dr Gay Tate shares her story of how two of her
three children became autistic. The two children were on the normal physical
and mental developmental path. But after the vaccinations at 1st and
2nd year time period, there development regressed and later
diagnosed as autistic. Initially, Gay didn’t know it was because of the
vaccine. But later she had learnt that the ingredients in vaccine like
thimerosal and mercury had caused brain damage. She shares how raising two
children with autism has taken a toll on their life. She recommends parents to
pay close attention to the vaccine injury debate and demand informed consent.
She still believes vaccines are important, but it has to be given based on
individuals genetic and other health background.
Chapter 12 – Pediatrics: Sick is the New Healthy

Judy Converse, a Registered and Licensed
Dietician talk about two pediatricians she knew.
·
One was promoting immunization policies from CDC
and health departments. He would not think independently for himself or ask
questions. He is of the kind that dictates what he learnt by rote that was
taught to him in his education.
·
The other pediatrician often questioned the
vaccination schedule, the need for it at a very early stage in a baby’s growth
and he possible link to autism, seizures, allergies and other conditions.
·
The 2nd would be shunned by the peers
and the medical community as being feeble minded and unpatriotic.
·
Judy says, the nutrition also plays a key role
in the health and immunity, more than the vaccines. Vaccines come with the risk
of adverse events, whereas proper nutrition does not come with side-effects. It
helps fight infections naturally and is long lasting.
·
Data from several sources show that, for the 1st
time in US history, children’s life expectancies may be shorter than their
parents.
·
Judy is associated with one of the prominent
doctors in the 20th century, Dr Francis Moore, at the Harvard
University. He was the 1st surgeon to successfully perform an organ
transplant. In his letter to Judy, he vehemently opposed neonatal immunization
policy during the “window of vulnerability”
·
She mentions about Dr. Andrew Wakefield, who was
stripped of his credentials by the British General Medical Council (BGMC) for
his research on vaccines and autism.
Chapter 13 – My Daughter is “One Less”
·
Amy Pingel, a single mother of 4 children shares
her story of her eldest daughter, who was a victim of the HPV Gardasil vaccine.
·
Her daughter, 13 years at the time of
vaccination, started getting seizures and was admitted to hospital. The doctors
could not diagnose what was going on with her and started accusing her of drug
overdose or that she is faking it. She was transferred to another hospital,
where the same thing happened.
·
No doctor would even consider the idea that the
Gardasil vaccine may have caused this disaster to a totally health teenager.
·
She is now bed-ridden with life support,
possible for the rest of her life.
·
There are many more like her daughter who are
victims, but the HHS or FDA would not acknowledge that the vaccine may have
caused this.
·
She asks parents to be aware of the adverse
effects of vaccines. Those who pressure you to take vaccine don’t own the
consequences, but only you do.
Chapter 14 – A Mother-Son Story
·
Alex, a teenager shares his story of recovery
from autism with help of nutrition and biomedical intervention.
·
Sonja, the mother of Alex shares her struggle
and triumph over his son’s autism. Her son had delayed development after birth.
The vaccinations had aggravated his condition and pushed him into autism.
·
She says, “one size fits all” doesn’t work for
vaccinations. Every parent should be well informed about the risks and be given
a immune-response analysis before administering vaccines.
·
She gives hope for many families with autistic
children that some of these cases can be completely healed.
Chapter 15 – Who will Defend the Defenders?
·
Captain Richard Rovet, USAF (Retd.) tells how
the military personnel were used as guinea pigs to test anthrax vaccines during
the Gulf War in late 1990s. This resulted in the Gulf War Illness.
·
Toxic adjuvants like squalene and MF59 were used
and was not revealed to the military. It is disheartening that those who are
ready to sacrifice their life for the country are used as test subjects.
·
The pharma companies, Department of Defense, and
HHS are colluding in these experiments.
·
The military personnel have to obey the orders,
for fear of dishonorable discharge from duty or incarceration.
Chapter 16 – “Get your Affairs in Order”
·
Lisa
Marks Smith shares her experience getting paralyzed with Guillain-Barre
Syndrome after getting a flu shot.
·
Her story shows how difficult is to file a claim
with NVICP and get compensated, if at all. She says many don’t even know they
can file a claim or even know about the VAERS system.
·
Only a few who file claims get compensated
because they have to go through a grueling process of proving that the vaccine
cause the injury. The process takes very long and Lisa got her compensation
after 3 years of struggle.
·
She says if she got the flu, she would have been
sick for a week or two. But now she had to suffer from disability for years.
She was fortunate to recover. But many that she knows didn’t. She claims there
are more victims than we know of.
Part III
Chapter 17 – The Vaccine Bubble and the Pharmaceutical Industry
·
While many parents observe clear change in
behavior of a perfectly healthy child showing distinct symptoms of adverse
reactions, most of the physicians are uninformed and they first blame the
parents or the child. Blaming includes: child abuse, illicit drug usage, bad
luck, genetic disorder etc.
·
The immunization programs, a “modern medicine”
is creating an epidemic of neurological damage that it takes credit for
preventing.
·
The prophylactic treatment, that is supposed to
prevent a disease, is causing iatrogenic (iatrogenesis) outcomes; induction of
a disease or complication caused by the medical treatment.
·
Vaccine Holocaust – The VAERS system is used to
record the adverse reactions of a vaccine.
·
David Kessler, former FDA commissioner wrote in
the Journal of American Medical Association (JAMA) that only 1% of serious
adverse events are reported into VAERS
·
Most of the studies conducted by the CDC and the
state health departments are “ghostwritten” by the pharma company employees.
·
The epidemiologist-statisticians from CDC and
health departments are “pseudoscientists” who use statistics to manipulate the
numbers in favor of the vaccine efficacy. They are not held accountable.

Revolving door/conflict of interests happen
between pharma companies and govt. health departments.

approved and hardly any safety debate is done

Compulsion

With AICP recommendation in hand, the vaccine
promoter lobbies the state health departments to mandate the vaccination for
admission in schools and daycare.

There are no marketing expenses needed for these
pharma companies, when the state mandates these vaccines.

Patent cliffs & Golden Parachutes

Pharma companies’ business model –
1.
Find a natural substance that has healing
properties
2.
Invent a synthetic substitute for its active
ingredient
3.
Give it a clinical name
4.
Add toxic additives/preservatives and stuff them
into colorful pills
5.
Charge a price that is 1000s of times the cost
of production

But this profitable model lasts only for 10
years after which the patent expires. And they have to find a new drug to play
with
·
Pharma’s survival strategy
o
Expand to Emerging Markets

With the US market reaching saturation, big
pharma is trying to expand to big markets like Brazil, China & India. They
are exporting autism and other chronic disorders along with blockbuster drugs
and vaccinations
o
Increase drug prescription compliance
1.
Americans are already over medicated as the
pharma keeps coming up with new disorders and drugs for them.
2.
They work with pharmacies to bombard customers
with vaccination signage all over the pharmacy
o
Expand the vaccine market
1.
Just like the US Auto industry’s deliberate
attempt to produce junky cars in 1960s, so they can sell more cars, the vaccine
industry is making similar attempt to produce ineffective vaccines so that they
can sell boosters and annual flu shots

Vaccine Bubble – Just like any bubble, e.g. the
financial bubble in 2008, this vaccine bubble will one day burst and the
perpetrators will be brought to justice
Chapter 18 – The Role of Government and Media
·
The amount of mercury in the childhood
vaccination schedule exceeded the EPA’s maximum daily adult exposure.
·
USPHS (US Public Health Service) claimed that
there is no data or evidence of any harm caused by that level of exposure
·
No studies are conducted fairly to prove or
disprove the causation of harm
·
Thimerosal- containing vaccines are legally
classified as Hazardous materials.
o
The vaccine being injected into children at flu
clinics, if spilled onto the floor, would trigger laws requiring immediate
evacuation of the building and clean-up by hazmat teams
·
The
Hannah Poling case
o
Jon Poling and wife Terry received compensation
for vaccine injury for their baby of 11 months.
o
But government never conceded that the vaccine
resulted in autism.
o
They were told that the vaccine aggravated the
already existing pre-condition mitochondrial dysfunction and caused
“autism-like” symptoms.

Government health officials often mis-state
causation on media or they point to manipulated studies. Essentially, they lie.
·
The media doesn’t ask the hard-hitting
questions. The government lacks accountability in performing fair studies of
vaccine safety.
·
The media lacks accountability in questioning
the government or the pharma industry and fails to bring to light the many
vaccine injury stories.
Chapter 19 – Mercury Toxicity and Vaccine Injury
·
There are many reports that thimerosal is toxic.
E.g., in 1977, 10 of 13 infants treated for infected umbilical cords died from
mercury toxicity due to the application of thimerosal-containing antiseptic
externally to their skin
·
But CDC regards this as safe to inject into
children at birth.
·
Despite many studies showing mercury as a cause
of autism, the government and media turns a blind eye to these and point to
these conditions as genetic or cause by pre-existing conditions but not the
mercury in the vaccine.
Chapter 20 – Forced Child Removal
·
Many schools mandate vaccination to be admitted.
Some parents get religious exemptions. But one may get a visit from CPS (Child
Protection Services) and may question parents for medical neglect of parents by
not vaccinating the child. This is a thin like of “true” child abuse, versus
parents making medical choice for their children.
·
The definition of medical neglect as written by
health agencies include not vaccinating a child can amount to a medical
neglect.
·
The idea that a child can be taken away from a
parent by CPS is very scary. Who best could take care of a child than its
parents?
·
An example: In 2008 a young Amish girl in foster
care was force vaccinated against her parents’ religious convictions. The girl
was removed from her family because CPS thought the family displayed “medical
neglect” and failed to treat her chronic ear infection properly. The child now
has Autism and is in her parents’ care.
Chapter 21 – Genetic Information: Where do we go from Here?

State governments in all 50 states collect DNA
from new-born for genetic testing and screening for potential health hazards.
·
Most parents do not know that this is being done
in hospitals and they think the pricks from the newborn’s heel is just for
basic blood test.
·
The DNA is sent to state’s health laboratory for
DNA analysis.
·
No parents’ consent is required for collecting
DNA samples.
·
Lawsuits were filed in Texas & Minnesota.
Texas Health Dept has to destroy blood spots of 5 million children.
·
Minnesota case was dismissed in favor of
department of health and parents lost.
·
DNA testing sets a scary precedence. Because, in
future, the states may mandate vaccinations based on genetic conditions as the
tests may reveal that the child may be inclined to get cancer of other
diseases.
·
NHIN – National Health Information Network is
being build by the federal government to store genetic information of every
newborn and a permanent medical record of every citizen. It will be made
available to government agencies and other, without individual consent.
Chapter 22 – A Doctor’s view of Vaccines & The Public Health

Huge chasm exists between pro-vaccine vs
anti-vaxxers
·
Every child grows up in a background, may it be
food, geography, exercise, genes. But the only thing common for all is the
vaccine schedule. Why do we accept that vaccine cannot be a contributor to
illness and poor health?

We have come to accept asthma, allergies,
eczema, chronic ear infections, learning disabilities as “normal” childhood
conditions.
·
Public health official often put forth a
statement that vaccinating reduces the cost of health-care. But the reality
shows otherwise and healthcare cost are increasing year over year. Also, the
estimations are based on population level. However, considering individuals who
are victims of vaccination side-effects, they cost of health-care is very high,
if they are hit by chronic conditions or disabilities due to vaccines.

A patient has the right to refuse medications to
elective surgeries, but when it comes to vaccines, the health officials
challenge patients and parents, stating that outbreaks are can happen if
unvaccinated.
·
2007 – Maryland. 2,300 children didn’t comply
with mandatory chickenpox & Hep B vaccination. The state threatened parents
with legal action. Children didn’t go to school for 2 months. The Maryland
attorney sent letters to parents who were not compliant threatening criminal
charges.

2008 – New York – 3 children were removed from
mother’s custody by Dept. of Social Services. However, the state granted an
exemption based on religious beliefs. This shows how the state wields power to
enforce
·
Exemptions:
o
1968 – 50% of states (25) required vaccination
to be admitted in schools. 1974 – 40 states mandated vaccinations. 2011 –
nearly all states have vaccination requirements.
o
Obtaining exemptions has been made cumbersome.
Schools don’t inform parents that there is an option to get exemptions based on
religious or philosophical reasons.
o
Medical exemptions by physicians are a
possibility. But the medical community castigates physicians who write many
exemptions. Due to fear of repercussions, most physicians avoid providing
exemptions.
o
“Proof of immunity” – a serological analysis is
also possible. But then it has to be gotten for each disease.

Vaccine ingredients
o
Ingestion of a substance through
gastrointestinal tract is different from direct injection of substances into
the blood stream
o
Multiple vaccines have a cumulative effect of
harmful ingredients like mercury and aluminum, the combined quantities exceed
the FDA approved levels in the food.

Doctors who challenge the dogma are silenced by
the government. Hence most doctors end up coercing the patients into getting
vaccinations.
o
They may threaten parents that they will be
reported to child protection services
o
They may threaten to discharge from medical
service by their practice.

Only a few doctors consider a vaccine to be a
cause of certain illness that happened after the patient got vaccinated. Most
try to find other causes through extensive tests.

Effectiveness

Thomas McKeown – the vaccinations were
introduced after the diseases had declined by about 90%.

Instances where vaccines were cause of the
epidemics
1.
1870-1871 – Smallpox epidemic in Germany – as
many as 96% of those who had the disease had been vaccinated at least once.
2.
1881 – smallpox epidemic – Great Britain.
3.
Europe – Diphtheria increased by 30-50% after
introduction of mass vaccination.
4.
1980s – at least 18 reports of measles outbreak
among school children who were 71 – 99% were fully vaccinated.
5.
2010 – New York City - mumps outbreak. According
to CDC, most of those who contracted mumps had been vaccinated.

Bubonic plague & scarlet fever disappeared
without any vaccination
·
If a child gets polio shot and does not get
polio, there is no wat to prove that he/she would have or would not have gotten
the polio in the absence of the vaccine.

WHO instituted a polio eradication program in
Oman with 98% vaccination rate. Six months later, the community experienced a
massive polio epidemic.
·
The vaccine developers will never have the upper
hand on diseases; illnesses will always be one step ahead.

Post Vaccination Encephalitis
o
Some vaccines have been shown to produce myelin
(protective sheath that protects the nerves) destruction and encephalitis
o
Many ingredients, like foreign proteins in
vaccines results in allergies that last a lifetime.

Generational Effect
o
Mass vaccinations increases the genetic
mutations, which may be transmitted from one generation to another.
o
The viruses introduced through vaccines have the
capacity to alter the host gene and hence may cause more virulent strains of
viruses. Hence, the body is susceptible to more severe diseases.

Since 1979, polio has been largely an iatrogenic
illness. Most of the cases since then have been vaccine induced. Called VAPP –
vaccine induced paralytic polio
·
Dan Olmsted – Journalist studies autism cases
among the Amish. Statistically was he expecting 50+ cases in the population he
studied. He found only 3; 1, an adopted girl from China and 2 who were
vaccinated.

In 1992 – HHS began distributing informative
booklets about benefits and potential adverse effects. Parents were required to
read and sign a consent form. Doctors complained that it took too long for
parents to read and often had to answer too many questions. Many parents were
discouraged by the adverse effects listed. Hence, in 1995, the booklets were
replaced by a single sheet of basic information and mostly highlights the
alleged “benefits” and the signature requirements were removed. Nowadays, even
this is not provided during vaccination.
Chapter 24 – What should parents do?

This chapter recommends parents to get informed
about vaccines. It lists a broad spectrum of medical perspective on vaccines
from pro-vaccine doctors to pro-choice doctors.

How to Raise a Healthy Child in Spite of Your
Doctor
o
There is no convincing evidence that mass
vaccination eliminated any childhood disease. If vaccines eradicated disease in
the US, why did the disease disappear simultaneously in Europe, where mass
immunization did not take place?
o
Scarlet fever is another example of once feared
disease that has virtually disappeared.
o
In the half-century that the vaccine has been
used no research has been undertaken to determine the long-term effects of the
vaccine.

4th generation of his family to study
medicine. Became Fellow of Royal College of Surgeons in 1985

2001 – accepted into Royal College of
Pathologists

Over 140 scientific articles and books and
commentaries

Dr Wakefield conducted a study and found a
possible link between MMR vaccine and autism. The British General Medical
Council (GMC) sued him with baseless allegations and finally stripped him of
his license.

2010-The case shows how those who try to cry
foul, will be crushed by the establishment medical system and sends a warning
to all those doctors who would speak against vaccination
